Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mocta. We strive to ensure that your order is processed, packed, and delivered to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy for important information regarding the shipping of your juice orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All order and or pre-orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with the order details and estimated delivery time.

  • Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Note for Pre-orders juice gets produced every Saturday

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your location and delivery preferences. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

Domestic Shipping (within Canada):

  • Standard Shipping: 4 business days.
    (e.g., 3–4 business days for most locations.)

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days.
    (e.g., 1–2 business days for most locations.)

Free Shipping Offer:
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 and for following shipping location : Sherbrooke, Gatineau, Ottawa! This offer is valid only for domestic orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about your tracking information, please contact our customer support team.

4. Potential service interruptions

Delivery times depend on your shipping method and location. While we strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner, certain circumstances outside of our control (such as weather conditions, holidays, or postal delays) may cause delays in shipping. We will notify you immediately if we expect any delays with your order.

  • Domestic Orders: Most orders will arrive within 2 - 3 business days.

  • International Orders: we do not offer international delivery at the moment

5. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged items for our records and to process a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost or misplaced, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you with resolving the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for juices unless there is an issue with the product quality or a mistake on our part. For more details on our return policy, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
